Shipping policy
1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Processing and Shipping Times
All orders are processed within 24-48 business hours of purchase confirmation. Shipping is handled by InPost or UPS express couriers. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

Italy: 2-4 business days.

Europe: 5-10 business days.
Delivery terms are indicative and not binding. Bottega Da Ponte cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or force majeure.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically and displayed during the checkout process before order completion. There are thresholds for exemption from shipping costs:

Italy: Free shipping for orders over €49.90.

Europe: Free shipping for orders over €129.00.
Once shipped, the user will receive an automatic email containing the tracking number (tracking link) to monitor the delivery status.
Transfer of Risk and Transport Damage
Pursuant to Article 63 of the Consumer Code, the risk of loss or damage to products transfers to the user only when the user (or a third party designated by them, other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.
Should the package show visible damage or alterations upon delivery, the user is required to follow the procedure below:

Sign with reservation: Accept the delivery, strictly adding the wording: "Accepted with reservation – damaged package" to the courier's receipt. In the absence of such written complaint, it will not be possible to proceed with claims for compensation or replacement against the carrier.

Photographic documentation: Take detailed photographs of the outer packaging (including the shipping label) and the damaged products inside.

Report: Send a written report, accompanied by images, to customer service (info@bottegadaponte.it) within 24-48 hours of receiving the goods.
