How can I place an order?

You can purchase directly from the website in just a few steps, even without creating an account. Simply add the products to your cart and complete the checkout by entering the requested information. If you decide to register, you will have access to your order history and an even faster shopping experience in the future.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major secure payment methods: credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Bank transfers are also available in some cases. All transactions are protected by advanced encryption systems.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are generally prepared within 24 business hours of confirmation. Delivery times vary according to destination: 2–3 business days in Italy, 4–6 days in Europe, from the date of shipment.

Can I modify or cancel an order?

If the order has not yet been prepared or shipped, we can intervene. Please contact us as soon as possible: once processing or shipping has begun, it is not always possible to change the details.

How do returns and refunds work?

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the specified conditions. Products must be intact, unused, and include their original packaging. Some items, such as cosmetics, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Can I get the invoice?

Yes. If you would like an invoice, you can request it during checkout by entering the necessary details. For private customers, it is not issued automatically, while for VAT-registered businesses, the electronic invoice is sent via the Exchange System.

Do you have a physical store?

No, Bottega Da Ponte is not a physical store.

It is a more discreet presence, built online, but designed with the same care as a real workshop: made of details, materials, and conscious choices. Each product is created to reach you directly, maintaining its essence intact.
